A number of changes have been made to the information we keep in Master Gardener's profiles to allow for greater monitoring of an MG's progress after training. In the coming weeks, there will also be improved reports and ways to see, at a glance, who is meeting annual requirements, how involved members are, cumulative or lifetime hours subdivided into years and more.

The menu for the Agent/Admin is accessible on every page by clicking the green menu icon above. This "Admin Menu" is also available in this page in the right sidebar.

Use the Get Help menu item for answers to common questions regarding using the system. Or send a query to Technical Support.

So...What's New with this?

The Administrative Section is now set to run reports pre-filtered by the Master Gardener Group you assigned yourself when you created an account. The reports and forms in the "My Group" and "My Group Profile" menu items are mostly set this way. The intention here is to make it simpler and easier to get the data you need and get back to other duties.

The "Statewide Reports" menu items will produce grids with ALL Master Gardener profiles or ALL hours records, but there are comprehensive filters available, as well. So if you need to see what's happening in other programs or counties around the state, you still have access to that data as well. But you'll want to use the filters to narrow-down the data you generate in the reports.

Your input is valuable so please use the Technical Support form both for bug reports and to send us your comments and wish-lists. Much is capable with this new platform.

For County Admins

This video gives a tour of the new reporting system and goes into detail about how to navigate the County Admin section. It's about 15 minutes long.
