General Instructions

A few things to remember when you fill out this form:

  • All fields are required.
  • Zip Code can be 5 or 9 digit style.
  • Choose the county in which you perform the bulk of your volunteer hours. This may be different from your county of residence.
  • Make sure your email address is entered correctly. (It will be used to send you your password should you forget it!)
  • Username should be between 6 and 20 characters long.
  • Password should be between 6 and 10 characters long.

Enrollment Form for Master Gardener ON LINE Reporting System

Fill out the form below completely (all fields are required) and click "Submit" to create your user account. DO NOT CREATE MORE THAN ONE USER ACCOUNT. IF YOU HAVE ENROLLED BEFORE, SIMPLY LOG IN AND SUBMIT YOUR HOURS.

Coordinators: there is now a special form for you to use to enroll in the program which is separate from the Master Gardener enrollment form. Contact mary Kroening or use the "send comment" form for more details.

Please Note: If your Group is not listed in the drop-down box below, use the selection, "My Group is not on this list". Then, use the "Send Comment" link above to advise Me of your group name and I'll make sure it gets added. I'll notify you when it's been added, and you can make the change to your profile.

Also note: If you have no group affiliation, choose "No Group Affiliation".
